How to do research on the Internet

Finding email addresses

Previous Next

Although there are directories (or lists) of email addresses on the Internet which can be searched free of charge, none of them is comprehensive.

An example of an email address directory:

http://www.bigfoot.com

Just because you don't find a person's email address in a directory doesn't necessarily mean that they don't have one. If you know the organisation for whom someone works, try their homepage to see if there is an internal directory available.

Due to the volume of junk mail (spam) in the last few years email searchengines are of limited value today.
