Finding British theses

Monash holds copies of some theses submitted to other universities. To check if Monash has the one you want, look it up by author or title in the library catalogue. For a list of major theses accepted since 1950 use Index to Theses in either the paper or online form.

Index to theses in Great Britain and Ireland Expert Information, London

Published since 1950. Covers only higher degree theses, which are arranged in classified order with author and subject indexes. The subject index refers to keywords from the title, and occasionally from the thesis abstract. Abstracts are included for all theses since 1986.
