Privacy

Scope: Privacy is the right to be left alone. It includes stopping or setting limits on invasion into: a person's body (with invasive medical practices or procedures); place of residence; personal mail; telephone calls or other private communication; and personal information (Private lives: your guide to privacy law in Victoria). The Law Library provides support for teaching and research in privacy law.
