Australia. Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT)
part of the DFAT site covers Australia's trade policy with links to legislation, agreements, media releases, and other organisations.

Australia-United States Free Trade Agreement (DFAT)
includes the full text of the Agreement, relevant domestic legislation, guides, fact sheets, media releases and other useful information. See also the Final Report on the Free Trade Agreement between Australia and the United States of America from the Senate Select Committee on the Free Trade Agreement between Australia and the United States of America made available on the 5 August 2004 by the Commonwealth of Australia.

Convention on the International Sale of Goods CISG
(Pace Law School Institute of International Commercial Law) site provides access to information about the CISG, including an annotated text of the CISG, links to a range of writings about the CISG, a case-law index, and links to CISG Treaty texts and information. Information about the Annual Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot competition is also made available here.

FITA - Federation of International Trade Associations
News, events and links to over 4000 international trade-related web sites. There is a free biweekly email newsletter on sites for International Trade professionals, which you can view and sign up for at the web site.

Free Trade Area of the Americas (FTAA)
contains documents from the process initiated in the 1994 Summit of the Americas to integrate the economies of the Western Hemisphere into a single free trade arrangement.

Japan's Ministry of Economy Trade and Industry (METI)
site is available in both Japanese and English language versions, and contains information about METI itself as well as providing links to the full text of whitepapers/reports and speeches. The site also links to the home pages of other ministries, agencies and local governments in Japan as well as to the WWW sites of international organizations and foreign governments.

Lex Mercatoria: International Trade/Commercial Law Monitor (formerly International Trade Law Monitor) (Pace University School of Law) Also at University of Tromso, Norway
hosted by both Pace University School of Law and the University of Tromso in Norway, contains links to a myriad of international trade related resources, including the full text of documents related to the World Trade Organisation and the GATT. Also available are Treaties, Conventions, Rules, etc., as well as links to international trade-related organizations. A keyword topical search facility is also provided.

North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA)
The NAFTA Secretariat, comprised of the Canadian, US and Mexican Sections, is an unique organization, established by the Free Trade Commission, pursuant to Article 2002, Chapter 20 of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA). It is responsible for the administration of the dispute settlement provisions of the Agreement. The mandate of the NAFTA Secretariat also includes the provision of assistance to the Commission and support for various non-dispute related committees and working groups.

Transnational Law Database
provides access to almost 80 principles and rules which form part of transnational commercial law. For each principle and rule, the TLDB provides the user with the black letter text and comprehensive references taken from international arbitral awards, domestic statutes, international conventions, standard contract forms, trade practices and usages, other sample clauses and academic sources. All of these sources are, as far as possible, presented in full text versions.

United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL)
UNCITRAL Web site, which is made available by the United Nations Office at Vienna (UNOV), provides access to Case Law on UNCITRAL Texts or CLOUT. The CLOUT system collects, and disseminates information on, court decisions and arbitral awards relating to Conventions and Model Laws that have emanated from the work of UNCITRAL.

UNCTAD - United Nations Conference on Trade and Development
UNCTAD is the focal point within the United Nations for the integrated treatment of trade and development and the interrelated issues in the areas of finance, technology, investment and sustainable development. The Digital Library provides details of themes covered and publications issued.

UNCTAD Project on Dispute Settlement in International Trade, Investment and Intellectual Property, Course on Dispute Settlement (Editor: Erik Chrispeels)
The Project has recently published, on the web and in hardcopy, booklets (60+ pages long) on topics related to international dispute settlement as part of its course modules. The booklets cover ICSID, WTO, WIPO, ICJ, PCA, NAFTA, MERCOSUR, ASEAN arbitration and mediation, and international commercial arbitration generally.

United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sales of Goods (Faculty of Business & Law, Victoria University)
Australian site of the autonomous worldwide network on the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sales of Goods. Edited by Bruno Zeller (Victoria University). Links to relevant Australian legislation, cases and information for the Vis Moot.

United States Federal Trade Commission
Contains links to FTC hearings, news releases and general information, as well as access to a wide range of other Federal information services and sources, including the White House, many US Government agencies, the Library of Congress, and an array of appropriate search engines.

United States International Trade Commission (USITC)
site of the United States International Trade Commission includes the full text of USITC publications in html or Adobe Acrobat format.  The USITC is an independent, quasi-judicial federal agency that provides trade expertise to government, determines the impact of imports on US industries, and directs actions against such unfair trade practices as patent, trademark and copyright infringement. The agency also updates and publishes the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States.

United States Trade Representative (USTR)
in addition to providing information about the Office of the USTR, its history and mission, includes the full text of USTR speeches and reports, including Trade Policy Agenda and Annual Reports.

World Trade Organization (WTO)
site of the World Trade Organization, containing information about the WTO, the full text of its press releases, trade policy reviews and other publications. Also includes detailed information about the Uruguay Round and international trade in general.

WorldTradeLaw.net
portal for International Trade Law. Includes a search facility for: WTO Panel/Appellate Body reports, Article 21.3(c), 22.6 and 25 Arbitrations, and GATT Panel Reports; Uruguay Round Agreements, Tokyo Round Agreements, Doha Decisions/Declarations; NAFTA and related legal instruments, and NAFTA Chapter 20 Panel reports. Also dispute settlement reports, legal texts, Uruguay Round Agreements and NAFTA/FTAA Legal Instruments and cases.
