International and foreign law
Scope: International law is the body of law which participating
nations recognise as binding them in their conduct towards each other
(Butterworths Australian Encyclopaedic
Legal Dictionary). Foreign law is the law of jurisdictions outside
of Australia. The Law Library provides support for
teaching and research in international and foreign law.
