Human rights

Scope: Human rights are the fundamental rights inherent in every individual on the basis of humanity (Gerardy v Brown (1985) 159 CLR 70). This is a guide for finding human rights resources, including resources for civil rights and discrimination. The Law Library and Matheson Library provide substantial support for teaching and research in human rights.
