promotes the capability of Australian education, science and training internationally. The AEI Web Site serves as the DEST international education and training portal. Includes the new National Database for Research into international education.

Education International (EI)
a world-wide trade union organisation of education personnel, whose 25 million members represent all sectors of education from pre-school to university 311 national trade unions and associations in 159 countries and territories.

Eurydice information network on education in Europe

International Bureau of Education (IBE)
a centre for information and research in the field of comparative education. Founded in 1925, it became an intergovernmental organization in 1929, and since 1969 has been an integral part of UNESCO.

PERINE (Pedagogical and Educational Research Information Network for Europe)
collection of information about national and cross-national resources supporting educational research in Europe. Initially the catalogue is experimental, providing information on themes identified by educational researchers connected with the European Educational Research Association (EERA).
