Services for overseas off-campus students

You are eligible for these services if you:

• live outside Australia; and
• are enrolled in a Monash off-campus learning course

Assistance accessing resources in libraries local to you

• request a letter of introduction from us for you to show at other libraries.

Document delivery

Monash University Library offers a limited overseas postal loans service. Requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis. As the postal loans service is limited, overseas undergraduate off-campus students are able to receive, at no charge, copies of:

• print journal articles or book chapters (up to 30 pages each)
• table of contents

from material held by the library.

Postgraduates may also:

• request journal articles, book chapters and table of contents, at no charge, via the Document delivery service from material held by other libraries.

Reference and enquiry service

• send questions to the library and receive a response within two working days; or
• chat online with a reference librarian
