HoldsIf an item you would like is on loan or on the shelf at a different campus you may place a Hold request for it. When it is retrieved, it will be held for you on open access shelves at the branch library of your choice (pick up location) for 7 days only (uncollected items will be returned to the home library). You will also be notified by email, and SMS (for Monash staff, students only) or you can check in 'My Loans' by signing into Search. Look for your hold requests on the holds shelves and borrow them at the self charge terminals or at the Library service point. Please limit concurrent requests to no more than 5 titles. Hold requests can be cancelled if no longer wanted. Select My Loans after signing into Search and then select Requests.
