Library users survey 2009Where you said the Library can improveThe Library uses survey results to prioritise what issues it will focus on in the coming years. By looking at where a statement was rated as high in importance, but the Library's performance was rated low, we can see where you think we most need to improve. Anything with a 'gap' greater than 2 is considered significant. Results showed no gap scores of greater that 2, which is a positive result. The top ten gaps are listed in the menu on the left and addressed individually, including your comments and how the Library is responding. Five variables in the top 10 gaps list are common to 2009 and 2007 and all showed improvement. Opening hours and printing/photocopying facilities showed significant improvements (a decrease in the gap score by 0.2 or more) whilst computers, the catalogue and quiet study improved slightly.
