library uses survey results to prioritise what issues it will focus on in
the coming years. By looking at where a statement was rated as high in
importance, but the library's performance was rated low, we can see where
you think we most need to improve. Anything with a 'gap' greater than 2 is
statistically significant. One statement had a gap greater than 2: Number
of computer workstations is adequate.
The 'gap' has reduced in all areas compared to 2003 with the
exception of 'the library environment is conducive to study'. A new
issue has arisen; 'individual seating is adequate'.
