Library user's survey 2005

Library user's survey 2005

Outcomes

The library uses survey results to prioritise what issues it will focus on in the coming years. By looking at where a statement was rated as high in importance, but the library's performance was rated low, we can see where you think we most need to improve. Anything with a 'gap' greater than 2 is statistically significant. One statement had a gap greater than 2: Number of computer workstations is adequate.

The top ten gaps are listed in the menu on the left and addressed individually, including your comments and how the library is responding.

The 'gap' has reduced in all areas compared to 2003 with the exception of 'the library environment is conducive to study'. A new issue has arisen; 'individual seating is adequate'.
