18 Berwick Campus Library
The new Berwick Electronic Library was fully equipped with twenty four
workstations when it opened in March. This year, almost 500 items were scanned
into the E-Reserve database. Arrangements had been made to provide a backup of
traditional print materials from the adjoining Casey TAFE Library. In its first
year of operation, the Berwick Campus Library had a staffing complement of
three, comprising the Campus Liaison Librarian, the Library Services Officer and
the Lending Services Assistant.
Encyclopaedia Britannica Online and MacquarieNet have been purchased for use
by Berwick Campus Library students.
