Printing, photocopying and scanning at Peninsula Library

A4 black and white duplex printing @ 23c per sheet
A4 black and white photocopies and single-sided printing @ 12c per side
A3 black and white photocopies @ 24c per side
A4 microfiche/microfilm prints @ 12c

Photocopiers can do reduction, enlargement and doublesided copying, scanning to USB or email up to A3 (free) and printing of black and white pdf and jpg documents from USB up to A3 (same cost as copying).

Monash University Library uses recycled paper in printers and copiers.

Methods for payment:

A card is used to pay for copying and printing. Use either:

• a Monash ID card; or
• a rechargeable copy card purchased in the library for $2. Please note this is the purchase price of the card, and credit needs to be added to begin using it.

Add credit to the card at the card cashier machine located near the printers on level one. The machine:

• accepts coins(10c and higher) and notes of all denominations
• does not provide change.

There is a change machine available. It accepts all denominations of notes but will only dispense $1 coins.

Users should add value to their card to the limit of expected use of the credits purchased. There is no refund of unused value on a card.

Lost or damaged cards

Please ensure that you have your name on your photocopy card so that it may be returned to you if found in the library. Report damaged cards to the information point.
