Register your email address with the library, then we can communicate quickly with you if you have material due for return, ready for collection, overdue, or, outstanding fines. Email notices will replace paper notices.
Know of a published work you think the library really should have in its collections? Suggest a purchase.
Academic staff wanting to order material for courses should use the Acquisition request form (Monash access only)
Perplexed, confused, got a query you think the library can help with? Send a comment or question; you should receive a response within 2 working days
Postgraduates and staff are able to request the library to acquire material from non Monash libraries on their behalf. (Note to Monash staff and students: To request material from Monash Libraries use the 'Send a Request' button in the Monash Library catalogue).
Teaching staff wishing to ensure all students have access to material set for student reading can place it on Reserve. Please send us your list as an email attachment ( Multicampus Berwick Caulfield Gippsland Hargrave-Andrew Law Matheson Matheson Music & Multimedia Peninsula Pharmacy ) or use this form.

Academic Board requires that all new centres, degrees, diplomas, courses and subjects/units to be offered by the University submit a Library Impact Statement. The form you need to complete is here as a WORD 2000 document, RTF, or, PDF file.
Offshore courses which require Monash University Library support require completion of this checklist.
Requests for material to be scanned are now made via Reading & Reserve requests. (see above)
