Before you ask for help, try the following::

• You may have entered an incorrect username or password. Try again.
  • Use your AuthCate username and password
  • Remember that passwords are case sensitive. Check that Caps Lock is not turned on. 

• Your browser may have saved an incorrect password.
  Close your browser, open it up again, then try to access the page

  If this error page still appears, try:

  
  For Internet Explorer
  1. From the Tools menu, select Internet Options
  2. Click the Content tab, then click the Auto Complete button
  3. Click both Clear Forms and Clear Passwords
  4. Click OK
  5. On the Internet Option box, click OK
  6. Go to the page and try again
  
  For Netscape or Mozilla
  1. From the Edit menu, select Preferences
  2. Expand the Advanced option
     • NS4: click the +
     • NS6, NS7, Mozilla: click the arrow
  3. Select Cache
  4. Click both Clear Memory Cache and Clear Disk Cache
  5. Click OK
  6. Go to the page and try again
