Berwick Library and Learning Commons offers a contemporary, user-friendly learning and teaching environment in a bright, open plan layout.  A collaborative venture between the Library and Information Technology Services, the refurbished facility reopened in 2006.  A combined Library and Information Technology Services learning commons team is available to assist users with information searches and technology-related queries.

Books and audiovisual items in the collection are focussed on the subject areas of communication, tourism, business and multimedia, while equipment available to students includes sixty-eight computer workstations, two high volume black and white printers, and a colour printer and scanner.  Wireless access and power points for laptop use are also available.

In 2007 the Library introduced drop-in sessions and classes to improve academic learning skills such as essay and report writing and oral communication.
