requires: requires another resource for its functioning, delivery, or content and cannot be used without the related resource being present
replaces: one ressource supplants displaces or supersedes another resource.
isBasedOn: one resources is a performance, production, derivation, translation, adaptation or interpretation of another resource |

| Guidelines |
Use one of the AGLS defined qualifers to indicate the type of relation, but use it in one direction only. Do not assign metadata to lower level pages of a resource.[NLA]
For an online related resource or a link to the metadata for the related source generally use the URL and appropriate qualifier with SCHEME="URI". Use a text string or bibliographic citation instead of an URL if relationship is specific and useful for searching . |
