About the author
Dr. Jana Polgar is a lecturer at the School of Network Computing at
Monash University.
She teaches software engineering and web technologies in both
undergraduate and postgraduate courses. Dr Polgar has published many
articles and book chapters and presented several papers on managing
quality of service of streaming multimedia over the Internet.
Robert Mark Bram is a Doctor of Philosophy student in the Peninsula
School of Information Technology at Monash University.
Tony Polgar is a member of the School Advisory Board of the School of
Network Computing at Monash University.
