About the authors
Professor Sarah Joseph is Director of the Castan Centre for Human Rights Law in the Faculty of Law at Monash University.   She has published a number of books, including Corporations and Transnational Human Rights Litigation (2004), co-authoring The International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights: Cases, Commentary and Materials (2004), and Federal Consitutional Law: a contemporary view (2001).

Melissa Castan is a Senior Lecturer and Associate Director Castan Centre for Human Rights Law in the Faculty of Law at Monash University.
