About the author
John Duns is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Law at Monash University.  His teaching and research interests are in insolvency, competition and corporate law.  He is on the editorial board of the Insolvency Law Journal and the Trade Practices Law Journal.

Mark Davison is a Professor in the Faculty of Law at Monash University.  His teaching and research interests are in intellectual property and competition law.  He is on the editorial board of the Intellectual Property Law Bulletin and the International Journal of Information Law and Policy.
