It  is a guide for classroom teachers rather than for those teachers who have specialist training in working with students with special needs.

Dr Joanne Deppeler is Senior Lecturer in Special Education at Monash University.

Associate Professor David Harvey is Director of the Krongold Centre in the Faculty of Education at Monash University.
