This text provides the novice with the practical information needed to begin developing separation and analytical protocols for peptide and protein analysis. The author leads in with an overview of the basic theory and general methodology of HPLC, with particular reference to the key separation parameters, which can be manipulated to achieve high resolution. About the Author

Marie-Isabel Aguilar is an Associate Professor in the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at Monash University.  Associate Professor Aguilar's research interests centre around the folding and stability of peptides and proteins and the molecular basis of their interactions with biological surfaces.
