About the Author
Dr. Bruce Hollingsworth is an Senior Research Fellow in the Centre for Health Program Evaluation, Faculty of Business and Economics at Monash University. He is also a recipient of a Victorian Health Promotion Foundation (VicHealth) Public Health Fellowship. Dr. Hollingsworth is an active member of health economics organisations worldwide, has been an invited speaker at many international conferences, and has over 80 publications.
