Domestic violence in Australia is a useful up-to-date text that provides
the law on domestic violence in the States and Territories of Australia. It

About the Author
Dr. Renata Alexander is a senior lecturer in the Law Faculty at Monash University. She is also currently a barrister and a volunteer lawyer at the St Kilda Community Legal Service where she has volunteered since 1975. She has published widely on family violence.
