About the Authors
Professor Robert
J. Bignall is Pro-Vice Chancellor of Monash University Malaysia. Professor
Bignall's research interests include electronic commerce systems and multimedia
technologies.
Syed Mahbubur Rahman is currently a professor at the Minnesota State
University. He worked at Monash University from 1993-98.
