About the author
Stephen Barkoczy is an Associate Professor and lecturer in taxation law at Monash University.  Associate Professor Barkoczy was formerly the Editor of the Journal of Australian Taxation and has served on various Advisory Boards and Professional Committees. He has also consulted to the Australian Taxation Office and is Principal Examiner of the Law Institute of Victoria's Tax Law Specialisation Program.

Wayne Ngo is a Research Assistant at Monash University and has taught in taxation law and finance. Mr Ngo was previously the Production Editor of the Journal of Australian Taxation.
