About the Author
Professor Enid Campbell, is a member of the Law Faculty at Monash University. She is the first woman to be appointed to a chair of law in an Australian university, holding the Sir Isaac Isaacs Chair of Law.
Professor Hoong Phun Lee holds the position of Deputy Dean and Sir John Latham Chair of Law in the Faculty of Law at Monash University.
