About the Authors
Dr. John Duns is a senior lecturer in the Faculty of Law at Monash
University. He is member of the Centre of Corporate Law in the Digital Economy.
He is 'Restrictive Trade Practices' editor of the Trade Practices Law Journal.
Mark Davison is a senior lecturer in the Faculty of Law at Monash
University. He is member of the Centre of Corporate Law in the Digital Economy.
