Book description
The book consists of twelve chapters which cover aspects of how to make a
business successful. It emphasizes the on-going competitiveness that
any business should have in order to survive and be on the top. What
makes a business competitive? The key components are well discussed
throughout the book. They are ranging from having a good business
plan, finding the right opportunity, to focusing on customer relations,
maintaining a strong leadership, creating a good business culture,
recognising employees' competencies and encouraging innovation, and having a
vision for the future.
Both authors have written this book based on their own experience as
successful business people. The text is well written and very easy to
read.
