Printing, photocopying and scanning at Caulfield Library

A4 colour photocopies and printing @ $1.50 per side
A3 colour photocopies and printing @ $3.00 per side
A4 black and white photocopies and printing @ 12c per side
A3 black and white photocopies @ 24c per side
A4 microfiche/microfilm prints @ 12c
Overhead transparencies @ 95c per side
A4 scanner, text and images can be scanned and saved to a memory stick or U drive (free service)

Photocopiers can do reduction, enlargement and doublesided copying
Monash University Library uses recycled paper in printers and copiers.

Methods for payment:

A card is used to pay for copying and printing. Use either:

• Monash ID cards; or
• rechargeable copy card purchased in the library for $2. Please note this is the purchase price of the card, and credit needs to be added to begin using it.

Add credit to the cards at the card cashier machines located on levels 2 and 3. The machines:

• accept coins (10c and higher) and notes of all denominations.
• do not provide change.

Library staff cannot provide change for the machine.

Users should add value to their card to the limit of expected use of the credits purchased. There is no refund on unused value on a card.

Lost or damaged cards

Please ensure that you have your name on your photocopy card so that it may be returned to you if found in the library. Report damaged cards to the loans desk.
