Food, drink, noise and mobile phones in Berwick Library and Learning Commons

Please be considerate of your fellow users and observe the following guidelines:

• Mobile phones should be set to vibrate or silent, and switched off in quiet study areas.
• Cold snack food is allowed throughout the library except near computers.
• Covered drinks (with lids) are allowed throughout the library except near computers.
• Library users are asked to keep noise to a minimum.

Users who do not comply with these guidelines may be asked to leave the library and learning commons. In exceptional cases, a disciplinary hearing may follow.
